HA’ Restaurant
A signature restaurant recently awarded a Michelin Star, created by Chef Carlos Gaytán, the first Mexican chef to earn a Michelin Star, offering his perspective on contemporary Mexican cuisine in a setting that honors water as the vital element.

ARRIBA BAJA (summer 2025)
Located in Casa Eclipse, Arriba Baja will offer a signature proposal set in a stunning atmosphere with panoramic views and a waterfall flowing from the ceiling into the river.
MEXICAN STREET FOOD
An extensive collection of Mexican street food in settings reminiscent of everyday Mexican scenes, such as a market or bus terminal.
Mercado de la Merced
Ten themed stations showcasing Mexican street food, highlighting iconic snacks and traditional Mexican dishes, from tamales to unique desserts with fun spins.
Summer 2025
La Xentral (Summer 2025)
Mexican and international buffet in a market-style setting. It features a Cafeteca, where guests can enjoy a snack while waiting for their transportation to our Parks and Tours. Inside, the departure schedules to the parks may be watched in several screens.
Las Cuevas
A Mexican churrascaria offering a rodizio buffet with juicy cuts of meat, seafood, vegan options, and an international buffet, featuring extensive wine pairing options thanks to its cellar. Located in a natural setting with views of the hotel’s inlets.
Xinema (summer 2025)
Xinema will be a Mexican street food restaurant featuring a menu by chef Paco Méndez, awarded with a Michelin Star, with a prime view of the waterslide pool with a slide crossing the restaurants’ top. At night, it will screen classic movies, and guests can treat themselves to snacks and traditional Mexican treats available 24 hours, including popcorn—perfect for a late-night screening.
MEXICAN SPECIALTIES CUISINE
Currently, Mexican specialties at Hotel Xcaret México can be enjoyed at Cantina Los Faroles, created by chef Alejandro Ruiz. In 2025, we will expand the options, adding the most representative dishes from Yucatan, Veracruz, Michoacan, and Puebla.
Cantina Los Faroles
Mezcal, cocktails, Mexican snacks, and shared plates create a lively atmosphere resembling the busy streets and markets in Oaxaca. At night, live music lits up the night, along with a late-night menu with traditional snacks.

Azul Nogada (verano 2025)
Azul Nogada will feature classic cuisine from Puebla, in buffet or à la carte styles, decorated with traditional talavera pottery. It will offer outdoor seating and a private area for up to 16 people.
Chi
In 2025, renowned Chef Roberto Solís will present a menu that pays homage to the cuisine of Yucatan, his homeland, at Chi, a restaurant with à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The experience will be enhanced by live happenings, and there is also a private space for exclusive events.
Monarca (summer 2025)
Monarca presenta cocina típica michoacana en un entorno aterrazado con sillas al exterior. Ofrece desayunos exclusivos para México Destination Club y cenas acompañadas de happenings en vivo para completar una experiencia auténtica.
Sabor a Gloria (summer 2025)
Sabor a Gloria will offer the most representative of rom Nuevo León’s traditional cuisine, featuring a selection of meat cuts available in both buffet and à la carte options. It will offer an outdoor setting with beautiful views of the property’s Ixlas.

Costero will showcase the best of Veracruz cuisine with seafood, fish, and typical appetizers, in an outdoor terrace setting, complemented by live events for a unique experience.

Fuego
A delicate and elegant fusion of Italian cuisine with a Mexican twist, ideal for a laid-back moment while gazing at the endless horizon of the Caribbean Sea, in an adults-only atmosphere.
Teatro del Río
An experience where music, dancing, and the performances from our México Olé and Caribbean shows complement the mastery of our culinary arts, featuring a six-course tasting menu that is updated each season.
Chibalí
A colorful, family-friendly environment surrounded by the natural beauty of our eco-integrated architecture. The menu, inspired to cater the diverse ages, tastes, and nationalities of our guests, includes fun desserts and traditional Mexican sweets.
ASIAN CUISINE
The culinary traditions and techniques of Asia are presented at Hotel Xcaret México under the expertise of Chef Luis Arzapalo, who trained extensively in Europe with chefs specializing in Asian cuisine.

Four experiences combine the best of Japanese flavors and techniques: Teppanyaki, a live culinary show; Robatayaki, the Japanese grill at its best; Fusion, an elegant and creative menu; and Omakase, the art of letting oneself be surprised. Open for dinner.
